General

​

• I will show respect to my coach and acknowledge her expertise.

• I will not attempt to perform nor request any sexual acts nor activities without first receiving explicit instructions and permission from my coach to do so.

• I will come to all sessions fully and properly clothed and will remain so unless instructed otherwise.

• I will not attempt to argue with nor persuade my coach.

• I understand and agree that I will not attempt to engage my coach via email, text, messaging, etc outside of a scheduled coaching session for any reason other than to schedule a subsequent session. This includes not sending nor requesting photos, videos, advice, comments outside of a coaching session.

• I will refrain from participating in sessions while I am under the influence of alcohol, drugs, mental or emotional strain.

• If I am under the care of a mental health professional or have medical conditions which may interfere with coaching, I will make it known on my intake form or as soon as I become aware of any such conditions.

Financial

​

• I understand that there is a cost for all sessions which must be paid in advance of the session.

• Failure to comply with the instructions of my coach constitutes grounds for immediate termination of the coach-client relationship without refund of any monies I may have paid.

• I am not entitled to a refund (for any reason) of any monies paid to the coach.

 

 

Termination

 

• If my coach believes that I have or am about to violate any terms of this agreement, she can immediately terminate the client-coaching relationship.

• All aspects of this agreement survive the termination of this agreement indefinitely. If my willful violation of any terms of this agreement result in financial damages to the coach, I accept liability for said damages.

Privacy​

• I will not record (video nor audio nor screen capture directly nor secondarily) my sessions.

• I will respect, defend, and preserve the privacy of all information gained during sessions.

• I will not attempt to encroach into the personal life of my coach nor into other aspects of my coach's professional life outside of the client-coaching relationship that my coach has established with me.
